South Carolina Real Estate 2015 biennial renewals will begin on Friday, May 1, 2015 and notices will be mailed out for licensees with a June 30, 2015 expiration date. We encourage all licensees to please renew online. Login information will be included in the header of your renewal notice. It is the responsibility of a licensee to renew their license whether or not they receive notice. Please do not submit payment separately without completing a renewal application or completing the online renewal. In order to renew as active, Salesperson and Broker licensees who are not exempt from completing South Carolina Continuing Education (CE) must have completed eight (8) hours of CE. Four (4) of these hours must include the core course and the additional four hours may be comprised of electives.

EFFECTIVE 8/1/13: NEW South Carolina Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement
NEW South Carolina Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement (Effective August 1, 2013): At the June 12, 2013 meeting of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission, a new South Carolina Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement and Addendum was approved. The new form will go into effect on August 1, 2013 for any new listings, or any listings renewed after the effective date. A message to all licensees has been issued on behalf of the Commission regarding implementation of the new form which can be read below.
