You are required to renew your license as an APRN, RN or LPN in South Carolina before April 30, 2016, in order to continue practicing nursing in this state.
Renewal for the State Board of Nursing for South Carolina APRN, RN and LPN licensees ends at midnight on April 30, 2016. All nursing licenses not renewed by this time are considered lapsed.
Prior to midnight April 30, 2016, you may renew online using your same User ID and Password as you did during the last renewal. If you do not remember or do not have your User ID/ Password, you may still renew. Please go to https://eservice.llr.sc.gov/OnlineRenewals/ and click on “Alternative Login I do not know my User ID/ Password” and complete the required security questions.
After midnight April 30, 2016, please be reminded that it is not legal to practice nursing without a current, active license. Nurses who did not renew their nursing license by midnight, April 30, 2016 will be sent a Notice. If you wish to reinstate your license go to https://eservice.llr.sc.gov/OnlineRenewals/ and complete the reinstatement application.
