FOIA Requests
The S.C. Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR) accepts requests for information under the S.C. Freedom of Information Act by mail, Fax and email. A template (pdf) has been prepared to assist you with your request.

Release of records is governed by the state FOIA law, state Family Privacy Protection Act and any other applicable state and federal laws.
If you are requesting a roster of licensees, you must complete and sign the Privacy Protection Act form and send it in with the FOIA request. There is a $10 charge for each roster requested, and a check must accompany the request. Make check payable to LLR.
