Attention LLR Customers
LLR encourages the use of its online licensing services to issue licenses as quickly as possible to our clients. Starting May 15, 2011, a $25 service fee will be instituted for licensing services done in person rather than online.
Fees for Veterinarians:

| Temporary Veterinary License | $100.00 |
| Temporary New Graduate License | $ 50.00 |
| Biennial Renewal by March 31 | $200.00 |
| Biennial Renewal late fee after April 1 | $100.00 + renewal fee |
| Reinstatement fee after April 30 | $250.00 + renewal fee |
| Duplicate License | $ 10.00 |
| License Verification | $ 5.00 |
