Alert from the S.C. Residential Builders Commission The 2012-2014 renewal notification that was mailed to you contained a typographical error. The renewal fee is $160 not $100 as listed on the form. A surety bond of $15,000.00 is required for Residential Builders only, please login to http://www.llr.state.sc.us/POL/ResidentialBuilders/index.asp?file=pub.htm to download the current surety bond form. Your New/Renewed bond (effective 4/6/2012) must be submitted on this revised form. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Attention LLR Customers
