Message To LLR Stakeholders About Regulatory Review Process
Online applicants:
Currently all the applications below are for individuals applying for an initial real estate license either by Exam or Endorsement. A brief description and instruction link is under each license type for you to review and make sure you meet the requirements for licensure. At the end of the instructions you will find a link to the application login page. You will need to know the Board (REAL ESTATE) and Application Type you are applying for.
Application Type: PROVISIONAL SALESMAN APPLICATION - This application is to be completed by an individual wanting to take the SC Provisional Salesman exam. If you held a real estate license in the past you may need to complete another application. You can call 803-896-4400 for instructions.

Application Type: SALESMAN EXAMINATION APPLICATION - This application is to be completed by an individual wanting to take the SC Salesman exam. You must currently have an active or inactive license in another state. (GA and WV residents maintaining a current license (which is active) need to complete the Reciprocal Salesman Application) Note that this application is not for current SC Provisional Salespersons attempting to upgrade to permanent sales status.

Application Type: SALESMAN RECIPROCAL APPLICATION - This application is for an individual who is resident of GA, or WV only who took the examination in the state they are a resident and maintain an active license. You will have to be affiliated with a Broker in Charge who has been issued a license by the SC Real Estate Commission. The Broker in Charge affiliation form will have to be uploaded before a license can be issued.

Application Type: BROKER EXAMINATION APPLICATION - This application is to be completed by an individual wanting to take the SC Brokers exam. You must currently have an active or inactive license in S.C. or another state. [ GA and WV residents maintaining a current license (which is active) need to complete the Reciprocal Broker Application]

Application Type: BROKERS RECIPROCAL APPLICATION - This application is for an individual who is resident of GA, or WV only who took the examination in the state they are a resident and maintain an active license. You will have to be affiliated with a Broker in Charge who has been issued a license by the SC Real Estate Commission. The Broker in Charge affiliation form will have to be uploaded before a license can be issued.

Application Type: RECIPROCAL BROKER IN CHARGE APPLICATION - This application is for an individual who is resident of GA, or WV only who took the examination in the state they are a resident and maintain an active license. You will have to provide the name and location of the company you are operating. If you currently have an active or inactive SC license do not complete this application.
