**The Office of Advice Counsel is responsible for
providing legal advice to all Boards, Commissions
and Panels. These attorneys do not provide legal
advice to parties outside LLR.
The application fee for a temporary practice permit will increase to $150 effective January 1, 2017.

The Real Estate Appraisers Board will be meeting on February 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 105. You can view dates of future board meetings under the Board Meeting tab on the right hand side of this page
Appraisers can renew their expired license until June 30, 2017. You can renew your license using the paper form, which can be located under Applications and Forms on the right hand side of this page. When submitting the renewal form be sure to add the appropriate late fee to your renewal payment and include copies of your required continuing education.
The Appraisers Board will begin putting articles of interest and any messages sent to licensees under the Publications/News tab on the right hand side of this page. Please take the time to review important information from time to time. This will replace completing an actual newsletter by the Board.
