Fee Schedule
Attention LLR Customers
LLR encourages the use of its online licensing services to issue licenses as quickly as possible to our clients. Starting May 15, 2011, a $25 service fee will be instituted for licensing services done in person rather than online.
The following non-refundable application, examination, licensure fees and miscellaneous have been established by the Board of Examiners in Psychology:
A. Application (including both the Preliminary Application for Licensure and Formal Application materials): $500
B. Initial License: $150
C. Biennial Renewal of License: $300 Late fee: $50
D. Temporary Permit: $250
E. Miscellaneous administrative charges:
Replacement of lost/stolen pocket license: $10
Name Change and new pocket license: $10
Replacement of wall certificate: $15
Fee for returned checks: $25
Fee for supervised employee annual registration: $150
