Fee Schedule

LLR encourages the use of its online licensing services to issue licenses as quickly as possible to our clients. Starting May 15, 2011, a $25 service fee will be instituted for licensing services done in person rather than online.

Initial License:

• Application Fee: $500

License Renewal

• Biannual License Renewal (Due on or before Dec. 31 of odd years): $200
• Late License Renewal (for any renewal application received after Dec. 31 of odd years): $100
• License Reinstatement Fee: $500

Miscellaneous Fees

• Request license verifications online at https://verify.llronline.com.
• License Verification to Another State Board: $5
• Duplicate License: $10
• Name Change and a New License: $10
• Returned Check Charge: $30
• Licensee List Request: $10 (download form)
