South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy
Message To LLR Stakeholders About Regulatory Review Process
Reciprocity
South Carolina does not share reciprocity with any other state.
South Carolina generally grants licensure by endorsement to applicants from another state if the applicant is a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program, has a score on the National Physical Therapy Examination that meets South Carolina's passing level and holds a current license in good standing in another state. Appropriate Board application forms and fees must be submitted.
For information on requirements in a particular state, contact that Board office.
