Renewal of Apprenticeships

A complete renewal must include:

Apprenticeships automatically lapse after a 30 day late period. A reinstatement of the apprenticeship may be made by paying all past due fees, submitting all past continuing education hours, and paying a $50 reinstatement fee with permission from the Board.
