• Current active South Carolina nursing licenses will expire at midnight on Monday, April 30, 2012. Renewal notices are sent as a courtesy but not required by statute. It is each individual licensee’s responsibility to see that his/her own nursing license is renewed in a timely manner.
  • If you did not receive your courtesy notice by mail, you may renew online using the same User ID and password as you did during the last renewal. If you do not remember or do not have your User ID and password, you may go to https://renewals.llronline.com/ and click on “Forgot Password.” You will be asked a series of security questions to receive this information

Attention LLR Customers

LLR encourages the use of its online licensing services to issue licenses as quickly as possible to our clients. Starting May 15, 2011, a $25 service fee will be instituted for licensing services done in person rather than online.
