Subject: Dual Degree Applicants

POLICY:

Any dual degree (D.D.S. or D.M.D. plus M.D. or D.O.) applicant for medical licensure whose anticipated practice might questionably constitute the practice of dentistry shall be reviewed by the LLR-Board of Dentistry to make such determination. The referral for such review will be determined on a case by case basis by the Board of Medical Examiners.
