At its May, 2010 meeting the South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners approved the following motion:The South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners endorses the need for the South Carolina Pan Flu Ethics Task Force published guidelines, by title, as acceptable crisis procedures in public health emergencies such as pandemic influenza. The Board supports legislation to codify these recommendations.
