Always make sure all your contact information with the Board of Medical Examiners is up to date so we can keep you informed.
S.C. Code 40-47-41 (C) of the medical practice act requires that licensees shall notify the board in writing within fifteen business days of any change of residential address, office address, or office telephone number.
In addition to your residential address, office address and office telephone number, it is also very important that you let us know if your name has changed, or you have a new e-mail address.
Please also update your Congressional District information. Log in to the change of address link below to ensure that your contact information including your congressional district is correct for board election purposes.
