  • Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency that requires the evacuation of a LTHC facility, it is crucial that each facility has an evacuation plan in place. It is the responsibility of each individual facility to provide the resources and material to assure the safe evacuation of all LTHC facility residents.

Online Address Changes

Effective immediately:
Licensees can make changes to their addresses through the Online Services section of the Boards Web site, and have it update LLR’s database without having staff re-key the information. Prior, licensees would make the request online, staff would receive an email and key in the changes. Now, selected staff will receive an email advising that changes were made to a licensees address.

Attention LLR Customers
LLR encourages the use of its online licensing services to issue licenses as quickly as possible to our clients. Starting May 15, 2011, a $25 service fee will be instituted for licensing services done in person rather than online.
