Renewals for Individuals Ends
- All individual licenses not renewed expired on June 30, 2008.
- Any renewals received with a postmark of October 1, 2008 or later will be returned with a reinstatement application. Completed reinstatement applications must be returned with the required fee and documentation of continuing education. To request a reinstatement application, email your name and registration number to hickss@llr.sc.gov.
