License/Certificate Renewal Process

In accordance with Section 40-15-170, on or about the 15th of October of each year, a renewal of license/certificate notification is mailed to each person licensed/registered by the Board. Licenses may be renewed online at www.renewals.llronline.com. or a renewal application may be downloaded and submitted by mail to the Board office.

• If reregistration is not completed by December 31st, the fee must be doubled.
• If reregistration is not completed by January 31st of the following year, in addition to the doubled fee, an additional $5.00 penalty is added each day until reregistration is completed.
• Failure to reregister by March 1st will result in the expiration of license/certificate.
