Message To LLR Stakeholders About Regulatory Review Process

• The special called meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 27, 2013, has been cancelled.  This meeting is to discuss Governor Haley’s Executive Order to review all statutes, regulations, policies and procedures, whether currently in place or proposed, to identify possible over-regulation. 

  We have re-scheduled the meeting for Thursday, March 21, 2013 in room 108 from 1pm-5pm.

  Please look over the statutes prior to arrival and earmark any that you believe should be discussed.

• Nature Preserve Policy

Attention LLR Customers
LLR encourages the use of its online licensing services to issue licenses as quickly as possible to our clients. Starting May 15, 2011, a $25 service fee will be instituted for licensing services done in person rather than online.
