How to File a Complaint

  • Section A: provides the information necessary to lodge a complaint against the license for a Modular Building Manufacturer or Modular Building Manufacturer's Representative. 

  • Section B: provides the information necessary to lodge a complaint against the registration for a Code Enforcement Officer.
