When to Renew a License

Current auctioneer and auction firm licenses will expire June 30, 2013.

Information needed to renew the license online is mailed to each licensee at least one month prior to the June 30 expiration date.  However, it is the licensees’ responsibility to ensure the license is renewed prior to expiration.  Auctioneers are required to obtain 8 hours of CE between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2013 in order to renew.   CE MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO RENEWING THE LICENSE.

Licenses expire on June 30, 2013.  However, licensees may apply for LATE renew until September 30.  After September, the license lapses and the licensee must reapply and take the exam, if applicable.
