Continuing Education
When a licensee applies for renewal, the licensee shall submit proof with the renewal form, in a form acceptable to the commission, that the licensee has acquired commission-approved continuing education of at least eight (8) hours within the previous licensing period (July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013). Continuing education is not required of apprentice auctioneers and auction firm license holders unless the owner or manager is a licensed auctioneer. Continuing education must be obtained PRIOR to renewal of the license.
