License Renewal Information

Auctioneer and Auction Firm licenses are renewed every two years (odd years). Renewal information is mailed to each licensee at least one month prior to the June 30 expiration date. However, it is the licensee's responsibility to ensure the license is renewed. The biennial renewal fee is $300. After June 30, late fees apply. Apprentice license can not be renewed more than one time. No examination is required for renewal of an auctioneer, apprentice auctioneer, or auction firm license if the application for renewal is made within 90 days of the expiration of the license.

*First-time renewals require an additional $50 Recovery Fund fee.
