Fee Schedule
Attention LLR Customers
LLR encourages the use of its to issue licenses as quickly as possible to our clients. Starting May 15, 2011, a $25 service fee will be instituted for licensing services done in person rather than online.
Initial Application/Licensing Fees
Individual license $190 ($105 application fee and $85 initial annual fee)
Firm registration $100
License fee upon completion of the examination $190
Reinstatement Fees
Individual Reinstatement (reciprocity and exam) $190
Firm Reinstatement $100
BIENNIAL RENEWAL FEES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS
Individual Architect Renewals (Certificate of Registrations)
Individual renewal fee for architects – biennial licensure period is July 1 to June 30 $130
If renewed between July 1, 2011 and July 30, 2011, total fee is $180 (late fee applies)
If renewed between August 1, 2011 and June 30, 2013, total fee is $280 (additional late fee applies)
Architectural Firm Renewals (Certificate of Authorizations)
Renewals Renewal fees for architectural firms – biennial licensure period is September 1 to August 31 $200
If renewed between September 1, 2011 and September 31, 2011, total fee is $250 (late fee applies)
If renewed between October 1, 2011 and August 31, 2013, total fee is $350 (additional late fee applies)
MISCELLANEOUS FEES
Returned check service charge $30
Diskette containing listing of architects $10 (download form)
Diskette containing listing of architectural firms $10 (download form)
