While developing the 2013 Accountancy Board renewal notices, a formatting error occured, causing the number of CPE credit hours for some some licensees to be reported in accurately. This error affected licensees who had partial hour credit in their CPE carryover balance. For example, if you have 1.5 partial CPE carryover hours, your renewal notice says you have 15 hours because the formatting error dropped the decimal point. To make sure licensees know their correct CPE carryover balance, the Board mailed corrected notices on November 9, 2012, to those licensees affected.

Approved Foreign Transcript Evaluation Services At the August 23, 2012, board meeting, the Board designated NASBA's International Evaluation Services as the only approved evaluation service. NASBA does not have a paper application so you will need to go to their web site to apply: http://www.nasba.org/products/nasbainternationalevaluationservices/ or call (855) 468-5382 for assistance.

CPA’s, PA’s, and Accounting Practitioners’ Licenses and Firm Registrations are valid through January 31, 2013. Next renewal will revert back to an annual basis.

Attention LLR Customers
LLR encourages the use of its online licensing services to issue licenses as quickly as possible to our clients. Starting May 15, 2011, a $25 service fee will be instituted for licensing services done in person rather than online.
