Procurement Services The Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation Procurement Services Department is located at 110 Centerview Dr., Columbia, S.C. 29210 in the Kingstree Building of the Synergy Office Complex. The Procurement Services office may be reached at (803) 896-4333 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for official holidays.
